One-on-One Tech Support and Adult Education

As mentioned on our homepage, we offer one-on-one digital literacy and tech support services. All our services are adult-education based, so the focus is on helping our clients develop digital skills.

Our clients usually arrive at our one-on-one sessions with a list of tech issues they are currently struggling with. If they do not have any current issues, we have a list of digital literacy skills that we can work off of. We work at your level, at your pace, and we are happy to repeat directions and/or slow down so you can take notes.

These sessions are usually 30 min or 45 min long depending on client preference. We have found that clients feel burned-out if the sessions are too long, so we do not generally recommend longer sessions. We currently charge $20/30 min and $30/45 min. We will send you review notes after the sessions to help remind you what was covered and to help you practice your new skills.

Sessions are available either face-to-face or virtually.

Tech Labs

We offer tech labs at various locations. These are shorter, one-on-one digital literacy and tech support sessions. We currently offer these at the following location(s), but are working on adding sessions in the future. If you would like to see us set up a tech lab at a certain location, please email us and we if we can arrange it!

Prime Time East Lansing (Hannah Community Center)

– Fridays 1pm-3pm, 20min sessions

– Cost: Free,

Small Group Sessions

We offer small group sessions for 2-4 clients at once focused on a certain tech skill. These sessions are offered face-to-face and, depending on the topic, virtually.
